Stairs take the most traffic and are the hardest to mop properly. Doing them well takes a person who is not also trying to finish four other floors in an hour.
Road dust and exhaust settle at the front of the house all day. That floor needs a different clean from the bedrooms upstairs.
Light wells collect dust, leaves and cobwebs, and most people never touch them. We do.

How is this different from house cleaning?
It is house cleaning built for a multi-floor layout. The time goes into stairs, the light well and the roof terrace, which a flat does not have.
How long does a townhouse take?
Most three-floor houses take 3 to 4 hours. Four and five floors take longer. Tell us the floor count and we will give you a time.
Do you clean the roof terrace?
Yes. Sweeping, washing and clearing the drains are included. Heavy algae staining may need a separate deep clean.
Can you clean the outside of the shutter and gate?
Yes, as far as we can reach safely from the ground.
Do I need to be home?
No. Many customers leave a key or arrange access with someone at home on the ground floor.
Can you clean just some floors?
Yes. Plenty of customers book the ground floor and bathrooms only, or skip an unused top floor.
Do you bring your own supplies?
Yes, everything is brought with us. You can ask us to use your own products instead.
I use the ground floor as a shop. Is that a problem?
No. We clean around business hours and treat the shop area separately from the living floors.
Do you clean the motorbike parking area?
Yes, that is part of the ground floor clean.
Can I book a deep clean instead?
Yes. If the house has not been cleaned in a long time, or you are moving in or out, a deep clean is the better starting point.
